Filmmaker
Lindsay Richardson produces video and other media for the Institute, its Global Media Project, and its Global Conversation website. She has a bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology and political science (international relations track) from Brown University and is a member of the Watson Associates group of alums.
Richardson has a background in documentary film, including production and consulting work on such documentaries as Who Does She Think She Is? and Human Terrain. She has also produced two short films: Magnetic Patriotism, treating American patriotism by studying "Support our Troops" yellow ribbons; and Bee King, featuring urban beekeeping in New York City. She is developing a new film about the relationship between Providence social ventures, community building, and peace.
